The Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Sales Department Head, you will be responsible for nurturing and building new relationships with institutional clients focused on Japan Market
* Executing the sales strategy, developing business, and marketing the company's solutions to targeted clients
* Driving the process from identifying new client opportunities to ensuring successful commercialization
* Establishing effective client relationships to cultivate revenue opportunities and provide high-quality service
* Identifying and reaching out to prospects through referrals and internal relationships
* Coordinating with various departments such as IT, Dealing, and Operations to meet clients' needs
* Collaborating with the Risk Management team to manage clients' margin requirements and monitor risk exposure
* Participating in marketing activities and working at a team level to explore new opportunities
* Providing feedback on customer demand and suggesting ideas for product innovation
The Responsibilities:
* A degree holder in relevant majors
* Must have the necessary local licenses
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with institutional clients or institutional sales experience preferred
* Proficiency in English and Japanese is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking clients
* Preferably with a strong track record in sales and customer acquisition
* A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to achieve targets
* Ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels in the organization
* Ability to prioritize key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
* Understanding of commodities markets, derivatives instruments, and risk management principles
