The Responsibilities:
• Work with the Production Manager to ensure that production processes are executed efficiently and meet quality standards in accordance with the procedures
• Identify and promptly address any issues encountered during production
• Implement corrective actions and establish measures to prevent the recurrence of issues
• Ensure Food Safety and hygiene requirements are met
The Requirements:
• Diploma in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietetics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Motivated and able to communicate effectively
• Ability to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin and English speaking customers
